On Sunday October 09, 2012 Sysmex Malaysia staff and family members took part in a 4km Family Fun Run together with 8 orphans from “Pusat Jagaan Rumah Kesayangan” (Loving Home Care Centre). We formed 17 teams in total and each team have at least one adult and two children or both adult and one child.

It was a meaningful event to our staff especially those who brought their spouse and child. It give them an opportunity to spend quality time together and motivating each other.

For few of the child it was their first running experience. Despite the sweating and tiredness they managed to finish up the race. A big bravo to them!

As part of our effort to promote health awareness and encouragement to the orphan Sysmex Malaysia donated a pair of running shoe to 8 of the orphans whom we invited for the run. The orphans have a great time with us and bringing back goodies bag worth of RM350.00 in value from the organizer.

The event ended with a get together breakfast at a nearby Malay Restaurant the Park Corner.
