As part of Greener Sysmex event on community service, SMA organize a trip to Petrosains, The Discovery Centre for the Sunbeam Orphanage on Saturday, 30th November 2019. This event was held to connect, show cares and love to the abused and neglected children of single parents through the education exploring of science and technology at their early age.

There were 20 orphans of the age range of 6 to 13 years old was accompanied by 28 SMA employees and 22 family members along the journey of exploring in Petrosains, KLCC with the following activities :

Exhibitions: Dark Ride, Space, Geotime Diorama, Molecule Nano World, Sparkz. The exhibition using basic principle of science to demonstrate its application in daily life and future technology.
Experiments: Sci-Trend, Science wonder. The experiments consisting of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) element to stimulate brain and senses.
The time spent together was uplifting and entertaining and it improves the knowledge of the orphans and encourage them to love science and technology.
