Job Responsibilities :

  • To provide application support for pre-sales demonstration and post sales user training.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving application issues of Sysmex analyzers and QC & EQA activities.

Requirements :

  • A Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory, Health Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
  • Preferably with minimum 3 years of related working experience in healthcare, clinical laboratory, life science or equivalent.
  • Has good understanding of laboratory workflow procedures and/or life science industry.
  • Possess own car and willing to travel.
