Field Service Engineer

1 position to be based at Bdr Sunway, Subang Jaya

Roles & Responsibilities

To provide technical support for post sales activities eg. installation of medical device analyzer, preventive maintenance, service, repair and troubleshooting.
To sell Service Agreement and Spare Parts.
To resolve technical issues and customer complaints.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Biomedical / Electronics / Electrical or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of related working experience in field service preferably in clinical laboratory, healthcare, life science or equivalent.
Has basic computer maintenance, troubleshooting and repair skills.
Preferably with experience in troubleshooting and repair of medical device.
